因為白蘿蔔特價一口氣買了一堆,所以...

 

為了保存就一點,所以用醃製方式保存

以下做法式網路上尋找到的

 

 

醃製酸甜蘿蔔做法 :

 

 

1. 

刨成片的紅白蘿蔔先用少許鹽巴輕拋拌勻

 

(稍微一下下就可以)

 

約放置一小時左右.

2.

準備一小碗水煮溶一碗糖水(備用 待涼)

 

 

3. 

將醃製少許鹽巴的紅白蘿蔔滲出的鹽水倒掉,

(試吃會不會太鹹,如果過鹹,可用冷開水沖洗一下)

 

用乾淨湯匙逐一將有些軟化的紅白蘿蔔裝進瓶罐

*(當然也是可以提一味~~辣椒切片放入!)

 

4. 

把已涼的糖水和糯米醋5:5倒入裝滿蘿蔔的玻璃罐裡,

 

(但千萬要注意別貪快先把糖跟醋直接

 

先放入罐中再放蘿蔔,乖乖按照順序為佳)

 

喜歡吃酸的可用白醋6 :冰糖4&黃砂糖

 

(綵綵懶惰沒準備冰糖所以用黃砂糖代替)

 

 

5. 

放置室溫一天後,移置冰箱冷藏.

 

大致上是一天就可以入味,它是夏天開味菜不錯.

 

拿的時候要用完全乾淨無水的筷子 ,

 

浸泡越久越夠味 , 食用前需要搖一搖

 

請上下搖動罐子, 口感為佳

(Caicai is not prepared to use rock sugar, so use yellow sugar instead)

5.
