媽媽跟小孩也是一起學習當中
Materials are as follows

材料如下
全蛋一顆
奶油120(先放室溫待軟)
低筋麵粉250
砂糖90
蔓越莓乾碎,隨自己愛
(多就沒辦法壓模子)
先把蛋 糖 奶油 全部攪拌一起,
確定都融合一起,
請小孩剪蔓越莓干,
再倒入蔓越莓跟麵粉下去攪拌,確定麵粉均勻融合就好,不用過渡攪拌
小孩可以任意玩造型。
*由於大小不一,過薄容易燒焦局面
我 烤箱溫度是預熱在大約溫度180,不過每個人烤箱脾氣不同,請自行調整
