台式豬排 

材料:

老鼠肉(豬肉的一部分)


是用老鼠肉,也就是豬肉的一部分俗稱老鼠肉比較嫩,

豬肉的量

 

 

 

蒜頭  2蕊 拍扁

 

調味料:

比例

香油  1

醬油  1

 

 

 

 

豬肉的量  約半斤 

我用一小茶匙 醬油 一茶匙小香油 

*(調味料部分只是稍微醃製一下,怕不夠鹹,炸完之後再灑胡椒鹽也不遲)

 

因為  用 蒜頭 香油  醬油醬抓一抓之後

 

醃製  等待  30分左右

 

然後整個沾地瓜粉,(沾好粉會降低油噴的機率)

 

 

等待約 10分鐘左右,會有回潮狀況這時候在,再拿下去炸

 

(中火)等待油冒小泡泡之後,再一 個一個靠近油中 ....

 

慢慢下下去

 

千萬不要高空拋物,還沒炸肉就炸傷自己.................

 

 

 

稍微變成偏黃色的時候,請轉大火 變成一點點深黃色就起鍋

(轉大火這部分 是逼油,如果怕手腳太慢...燒焦 用網子一口氣撈起來比較快)

其實調味料是看個人喜好, 這個台式豬排

台式豬排不需要太多調味料,肉夠新鮮,炸就很香了

 

只有簡單醬油跟香油就可以 增香氣跟酥脆口感

 

然後將炸也不輸外面的

 


 


超簡單的炸豬排 省時省力省成本

Go down slowly
